Refresher/Scuba review, pool and theory session. Required for inexperienced divers who have had longer than 12 months break from diving. We run though theory, equipment set up, a skills circuit and swimming practice in the pool. Designed to make you comfortable and confident in the water ready for the dive at Wolf Rock. Duration 2-3 hours completed the day prior to diving.
